The project's pipeline is 72 kilometers long, making it the longest urban gas pipeline across the sea, the first urban gas pipeline to directly pass under a major cross-sea bridge, and the first urban gas pipeline laid using onshore-to-sea directional drilling technology. The project has a gas transmission capacity of 3.6 billion cubic meters.
3PE reinforced anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe, 1016mm in diameter, wall thickness configured according to design requirements. The pipeline is coated with three layers of polyethylene anti-corrosion layer, suitable for high-salt corrosion environments on the seabed and directional drilling crossing conditions. The coating has excellent shear strength and impact resistance, ensuring the long-term safe operation of the subsea pipeline.
