Xuzhou Coal Mining Group Xinjiang Sair Energy Co., Ltd., located in Xinjiang, is mainly engaged in coal mining and sales. To meet the safe operation requirements of underground water supply, drainage, and ventilation systems in coal mines, the company organized a tender for the procurement of epoxy resin-coated composite steel pipes and fittings for underground coal mines. The pipelines procured for this project are mainly used for fluid transportation in coal mines, requiring excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength to adapt to the complex water quality environment and working conditions in Xinjiang's coal mines. Qingdao Haodeboer Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for this project on June 17, 2024.
This project involves epoxy resin-coated composite steel pipes and matching fittings for underground coal mines. The pipeline base uses high-quality seamless steel pipes or spiral welded pipes, with high-performance epoxy resin coatings on both the inner and outer walls. The coating has excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. The products strictly comply with coal industry standards such as MT/T 113 and MT 558.2.
