Project Introduction

• This coal mine is a large-scale modern coal mine project jointly constructed by China Coal Energy Group and Sinopec, with a designed production capacity of tens of millions of tons, making it an important coal production base in China. This project is the procurement project for polyethylene-sheathed polyurethane insulated steel pipes for underground use in the Menkeqing Coal Mine of Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd. (Project No.: CCTC10241173). Qingdao Haodeboer Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for this project, with a total bid price of 4.1076 million yuan.

Product Introduction

• Polyethylene-sheathed polyurethane composite insulated steel pipe for underground use in coal mines. The pipeline adopts a three-layer structure design of "working steel pipe + rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer + high-density polyethylene outer protective pipe". The working steel pipe is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe or spiral welded pipe, which has good mechanical strength and pressure bearing capacity; the intermediate insulation layer is made of high-density rigid polyurethane foam with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.033W/(m·K) and excellent insulation performance; the outer protective pipe is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, which has good waterproof and corrosion resistance.
