China Coal Xinji Energy Co., Ltd. has several production mines, including Liuzhuang Mining and Banji Coal Mine. To ensure a long-term stable supply of insulated pipes for its mines, the company organized a public tender for a batch of long-term contract procurement of polyethylene-sheathed polyurethane insulated pipes for underground coal mines (Project No.: CCTC10223447). This procurement adopts a long-term contract (long-term agreement) procurement model, aiming to establish stable supplier cooperation relationships, ensure that insulated pipes can be supplied as needed during the contract period, and guarantee the insulation needs of the fluid transportation system in underground coal mines. Qingdao Haodeboer Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for this project and became the successful supplier for this batch of insulated pipes under the long-term contract procurement.
This project involves Haodeboer's polyethylene-sheathed polyurethane composite insulated pipes for underground coal mines, which adopt a three-layer composite structure of "working steel pipe + polyurethane insulation layer + HDPE outer protective pipe". The working steel pipe is made of high-quality seamless steel, possessing excellent mechanical strength and pressure resistance; the intermediate polyurethane insulation layer has uniform density and fine pores, ensuring stable insulation performance; the outer protective pipe is made of HDPE material, which is waterproof and corrosion-resistant. This product is suitable for insulation and protection of fluid transport pipelines in underground coal mines, preventing the medium inside the pipeline from freezing in low-temperature environments and ensuring the normal operation of the mine production system.
