Zhongping Energy & Chemical Group Coated Composite Steel Pipe Project

Project Introduction

• Zhongping Energy & Chemical Group is a major coal mining machinery manufacturing enterprise in Henan Province, primarily engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of coal mining machinery and equipment, as well as the production and supply of mining accessories. Tiangong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. organized a coated composite steel pipe procurement project (procurement number: FCXJ2024051703) through the Pingmei Shenma Machinery Equipment Group procurement platform. The procurement scope covers coated composite steel pipes and related fittings for underground coal mines. Qingdao Haodeboer Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for this project. The implementation of this project will provide supporting pipe materials for the underground pipeline systems of various mines under Pingmei Shenma Group, ensuring the safe production and complete operation of the coal mine material supply system.

Product Introduction

• This project involves Haodeboer's coated composite steel pipes and fittings for underground coal mines. The base pipe is selected from high-quality welded or seamless steel pipes, with high-performance epoxy resin coating on both the inner and outer walls. The products are manufactured in strict accordance with coal industry standards MT/T 113 and MT 558.2, and have obtained the Mining Product Safety Mark (MA) certification.
