This project involves the processing of over 60,000 tons of steel, with extremely stringent quality requirements. Process standards, precision control, and the frequency and standards of weld performance testing are far higher than those of similar projects in China. The project construction period is 4 years, and the scope of work covers processing design, auxiliary material procurement, construction, and ship loading and sealing.
3PE reinforced anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes and seamless submarine pipelines. The pipelines comply with API 5L PSL2 and SY/T 0413 standards, with a three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating, a total thickness ≥2.5mm (ordinary grade) ~ 3.7mm (reinforced grade), a cathodic disbondment radius ≤8mm, an impact strength ≥20J/mm, and an applicable temperature range of -30℃ to 80℃. 100% of the pipeline welds undergo radiographic testing, and the coating is tested for pinholes using a 3kV spark leak test.
