To meet the needs of municipal pipeline network construction, Shandong Zhicheng Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd. organized a TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe procurement project. Qingdao Haodeboer Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for this project, providing TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipes for the Zibo municipal pipeline network construction.
This project involves Haodeboer TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipes. The base pipe uses high-quality spiral welded pipe, with a three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion layer on the outer wall and an epoxy resin coating on the inner wall. TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipes combine the mechanical protection of the outer polyethylene wall and the sanitary anti-corrosion performance of the inner epoxy coating, making them suitable for municipal water supply and transmission projects. They can adapt to complex underground soil corrosion environments, ensuring the long-term safe operation of the pipeline.
