Tongxin Coal Mine Pipeline System Upgrade Project

Project Introduction

• Tongxin Coal Mine is a modern large-scale coal mining enterprise under Jineng Holding Group. To ensure the continuous and stable operation of the underground production system, Tongxin Coal Mine organized a public tender for the procurement of coated composite steel pipes for coal mines (Tender Project No.: JNB302-ZB-241125723, Tender Agency No.: SXMTZB2403H-189(G)). The procurement method is a storage contract model with a storage period of three years. The procurement quantity is flexibly executed according to the production needs of Tongxin Coal Mine, with written supply orders issued to ensure a long-term stable supply of production materials for the mine. Qingdao Haodeboer Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for this project, with a bid price of RMB 1,480,320, becoming one of the candidates for winning the bid.

Product Introduction

• This project involves coated composite steel pipes for underground coal mines. The base pipe is selected from high-quality welded pipes or seamless steel pipes, and the inner and outer walls are coated with high-performance anti-corrosion coatings. The pipeline products comply with standards such as MT/T 113 and GB/T 8163, and have the safety mark (MA) certification for mining products. They are suitable for underground water supply, drainage, compressed air and other systems in coal mines.
