This project utilizes a gravity-type structure (GBS) self-floating platform design. The steel used in this project operates in environments as low as -50 degrees Celsius. The S420 series steel plates used in this project have extremely high quality requirements, with low-temperature stability and appearance quality far exceeding those of conventional marine engineering projects.
3PE anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes, seamless subsea pipelines, and low-temperature resistant marine structural pipes. The pipelines comply with API 5L PSL2 and GOST standards, with a three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating, a total thickness ≥2.5mm (ordinary grade)～3.7mm (reinforced grade), a cathodic disbondment radius ≤8mm, and an impact strength ≥20J/mm.
