Shendong Coal Mine Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe Procurement Project

Project Introduction

• Shendong Coal Group is one of China's largest coal production bases. This procurement project is Shendong Coal's first batch of open tenders for plastic-coated steel pipes in January 2026 (Project No.: CEZB260301148). The procurement scope covers epoxy resin-coated seamless steel pipes and seamless steel pipes with internal and external epoxy resin coatings, totaling 50 independent material code items, covering a full range of specifications for underground fluid transportation pipelines in coal mines. The estimated total procurement volume is approximately 272,300 meters.

Product Introduction

• Epoxy resin-coated seamless steel pipes for underground coal mines. The base pipe is made of 20# high-quality seamless steel pipe, with high-performance epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating on both the inner and outer walls. The pipeline complies with standards such as MT/T 113, MT 558.2, and GB/T 8163. The coating has strong adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and antistatic properties, and has obtained the Mining Product Safety Mark (MA) certification. The products cover a variety of diameters from Φ108mm to Φ273mm, and are suitable for fluid transportation systems such as water supply, drainage, compressed air, and grouting in coal mines, meeting the large-scale pipe material needs of various mines under Shendong Coal Group.
