Located in the Qingdao West Coast New Area, this project, with an investment of approximately 26 million yuan, involves the construction of 20 kilometers of fire-fighting water supply pipelines and the installation of over 160 fire hydrants.Construction began in February 2024. During construction, the project overcame the challenges posed by the complex network of underground pipelines. Through optimized construction organization, pipeline laying and pressure testing were completed in just a few months, significantly enhancing the emergency response capabilities of the chemical industrial park.
The outer coating is made of epoxy resin, and the inner wall is coated with epoxy powder (oxygen index ≥28%, coating thickness ≥0.3mm). It has excellent flame retardant and anti-corrosion properties, meeting the stringent requirements of chemical industrial parks for high corrosion resistance and high durability of fire-fighting pipelines.
