Spiral Submerged Arc Welded Steel Pipe (SSAW)
Our spiral welded pipe rolling mill is independently developed and manufactured by our company. We have an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of pipe, with spiral welded pipe specifications ranging from DN219 to DN3600. Our entire production line can be transferred to the project site. This feature not only reduces pipeline transportation costs but also minimizes pipeline damage during transportation and helps ensure timely project execution by providing continuous and dedicated pipeline supply for specific projects.
Seamless Steel Pipe
Seamless steel pipes are manufactured through piercing, hot rolling, or cold drawing processes, resulting in a pipe without any weld seams. Hot-rolled pipes are suitable for medium to large diameters and thick walls; cold-drawn pipes offer higher dimensional accuracy and smoother inner and outer surfaces, and are widely used for conveying high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive media.
High-frequency Resistance Welded Steel Pipe (ERW)
ERW steel pipes are made by cold-bending hot-rolled steel strips, then heating the edges of the strips to a molten state using the skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current, followed by extrusion welding to form a straight seam. HFW (high-frequency welding) is an upgraded process, offering more stable welding quality.
Straight Seam Submerged Arc Welded Steel Pipe (LSAW )
LSAW steel pipes use thick steel plates as raw materials. Through JCOE (progressive bending forming), UOE (U-shaped-O-shaped-expansion) or direct forming processes, the steel plates are gradually pressed into a cylindrical shape, and then a straight weld is formed by double-sided submerged arc automatic welding.
