To enhance team cohesion, Qingdao Holderball Industrial Co., Ltd. recently organized a team-building trip to Weihai for all employees.
The activity integrated red education with team development. On Liugong Island, all staff gained a deeper understanding of their original aspiration and mission through historical exploration; at the development base, everyone was divided into groups to cooperate and challenge various team tasks, constantly breaking through themselves with tacit coordination.
Activities including cycling along the coastal road and a bonfire party brought colleagues closer in joy and laughter, and helped them release pressure amid the blue sea and sky. Every joint effort has made the strength of "we" even more solid.
