Product Details

Product Advantages

Fully compliant with international standards, with strict dimensional tolerances; EN10204 3.1 material certificate available.

304/316L stainless steel is resistant to acids and alkalis and chloride ion corrosion. 316L is especially suitable for seawater and chlorine-containing environments.

The inner wall is smooth and has no dead corners, meeting the cleanliness requirements of food and pharmaceutical industries.

Temperature range: -196℃ to +600℃; pressure rating up to 3000LB (socket welding).

We can provide surface treatments such as pickling and passivation, mechanical polishing, and electropolishing.

Application Areas

Chemical, oil and natural gas transmission pipelines

Clean pipelines for food, dairy products, beverages, and pharmaceuticals

Seawater desalination, ship pipeline systems

High-pressure steam, heat exchanger piping

Ultrapure water pipelines for semiconductor and electronics factories

Anti-corrosion Plastic-coated Pipe Fittings

Using carbon steel (Q235B, 20#) or ductile iron as the base material, the inner and outer surfaces are coated with an epoxy resin (EP) or polyethylene (PE) anti-corrosion layer with a thickness of 200~500μm through electrostatic spraying or hot-dip plastic coating. Compliant with standards such as CJ/T 120, GB/T 28897, and DIN 30670, including plastic-coated elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, etc., suitable for water supply, drainage, fire protection pipelines in buried or humid environments.

Thermoplastic Pipe Fittings

Made from thermoplastic materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), or polyamide (PA12), these products are formed through injection molding or hot-melt welding. Products include electrofusion sleeves, electrofusion elbows, electrofusion tees, socket fittings, and flange joints, conforming to standards such as ISO 4427, EN 12201, and ASTM F714. Suitable for pressure and non-pressure piping systems in applications such as gas, water supply, chemical, and trenchless repair.

Flange

Flanges are key components for detachable connections between pipes and equipment, valves, and other piping systems. Our company manufactures them according to standards such as ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1, BS 4504, and JIS B2220. Materials include carbon steel (ASTM A105), stainless steel (A182 F304/316L), and alloy steel (F11/F22). Types include flat-face flanges (SO), weld neck flanges (WN), blind flanges (BL), socket flanges (SW), and threaded flanges (TH), with pressure ratings ranging from 150LB to 2500LB. Sealing surfaces include RF, FF, RTJ, and MFM.
