Anti-corrosion Plastic-coated Pipe Fittings

Product Overview

Using carbon steel (Q235B, 20#) or ductile iron as the base material, the inner and outer surfaces are coated with an epoxy resin (EP) or polyethylene (PE) anti-corrosion layer with a thickness of 200~500μm through electrostatic spraying or hot-dip plastic coating. Compliant with standards such as CJ/T 120, GB/T 28897, and DIN 30670, including plastic-coated elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, etc., suitable for water supply, drainage, fire protection pipelines in buried or humid environments.

Product Details

Product Advantages

The base carbon steel provides mechanical strength, the coating provides chemical corrosion protection, and the design life is ≥30 years.

The coating is uniform and free of pinholes, and 100% leak can be detected by electrical discharge machining.

The inner wall is smooth (equivalent roughness ≤ 0.01 mm), has a low coefficient of friction, and is not prone to scaling.

It can be welded (with bare pipe sections pre-installed at the ends) or grooved, without damaging the coating.

Options include inner epoxy and outer polyethylene (TPEP) or double epoxy both, to adapt to different corrosive environments.

Application Areas

Municipal water supply, sewage, and reclaimed water recycling networks

Fire sprinkler system

Industrial circulating cooling water and deionized water pipelines

Corrosion-resistant pipes for mining

Offshore platforms, docks, and buried water pipelines

Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

Meets ASME B16.9, B16.11 and ASTM A403/A182 standards. Materials primarily include 304/304L and 316/316L, but high-alloy steels such as 321 and 310S are also available. A complete range is offered: 90°/45° elbows, equal/reducing tees, concentric/eccentric reducers, pipe caps, crosses, etc., sizes 1/2″~48″ (DN15~DN1200), wall thickness SCH10~SCH160. Widely used in pipelines handling clean and corrosive media in chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Thermoplastic Pipe Fittings

Made from thermoplastic materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), or polyamide (PA12), these products are formed through injection molding or hot-melt welding. Products include electrofusion sleeves, electrofusion elbows, electrofusion tees, socket fittings, and flange joints, conforming to standards such as ISO 4427, EN 12201, and ASTM F714. Suitable for pressure and non-pressure piping systems in applications such as gas, water supply, chemical, and trenchless repair.

Flange

Flanges are key components for detachable connections between pipes and equipment, valves, and other piping systems. Our company manufactures them according to standards such as ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1, BS 4504, and JIS B2220. Materials include carbon steel (ASTM A105), stainless steel (A182 F304/316L), and alloy steel (F11/F22). Types include flat-face flanges (SO), weld neck flanges (WN), blind flanges (BL), socket flanges (SW), and threaded flanges (TH), with pressure ratings ranging from 150LB to 2500LB. Sealing surfaces include RF, FF, RTJ, and MFM.
