High-temperature Steam Insulation Pipes
This high-temperature steam insulation pipe features a "pipe-in-pipe" structure. The inner pipe is a seamless steel pipe (20# steel or API 5L Gr.B), filled with high-temperature resistant inorganic insulation materials such as rock wool, glass wool, or aerogel. The outer protective pipe is a welded steel pipe covered with a three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion layer. Internal or external sliding guide support systems are available, specifically designed for long-distance transportation of high-temperature, high-pressure steam.
Flexible Pre-insulated Pipe (PEX Inner Pipe)
Flexible pre-insulated pipe with cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-a), heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), or polybutene (PB) as the inner tube, wrapped with a polyurethane insulation layer and a high-density polyethylene sheath. The product can be supplied in rolls (maximum 500 meters/roll), with a minimum bending radius of only 5 to 10 times the outer diameter, eliminating the need for special elbows and significantly reducing the number of on-site joints.
Pre-insulated Pipes For Industrial Use
This product category integrates mineral wool (rock wool/glass wool) insulation pipes and various customized outer protective layers (galvanized steel plate, aluminum plate, fiberglass, color steel plate) solutions. It is suitable for industrial scenarios with special requirements for fire resistance (A1 non-combustible), ultra-high temperature resistance (≤450℃), or strong corrosion resistance (fiberglass outer protective layer). The outer protective layer material and thickness can be freely combined; OEM customization is accepted.
Anti-static Fire-resistant Pipes For Mining
This dual-resistance (antistatic and flame-retardant) insulation pipe is specifically designed for underground coal mine environments. Its structure consists of: a seamless steel pipe (with an inner wall that can be coated with polyurea or epoxy resin)+ a flame-retardant polyurethane insulation layer + an antistatic and flame-retardant polyethylene outer protective pipe. The product must hold a valid mining product safety certificate (MA mark) and meet mandatory standards such as MT/T 181 (surface resistivity ≤1×10⁸ Ω)and MT/T 113 (afterflame of alcohol torch ≤3 seconds)
Standard 3PE Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
Standard 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes employ a three-layer structure: a bottom layer of fusion-bonded epoxy powder (FBE), a middle layer of adhesive, and an outer layer of polyethylene (PE). It is the most widely used anti-corrosion solution for buried steel pipes, offering resistance to soil, moisture, and general chemical corrosion. It conforms to DIN 30670 and GB/T 23257 standards.
High-performance 3PE Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
Designed specifically for highly corrosive environments and harsh operating conditions, it employs a three-layer composite structure: a bottom layer of high-performance epoxy powder (FBE), a middle layer of copolymer adhesive, and an outer layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE); significantly improving cathodic disbondment resistance, impact resistance, and long-term corrosion protection life. It complies with ISO 21809-2, API RP 5L2, and SY/T 0413 standards, and is suitable for marine environments, acidic soils, permafrost regions, and high-pressure long-distance pipelines.
Anti-corrosion Plastic-coated Pipe Fittings
Using carbon steel (Q235B, 20#) or ductile iron as the base material, the inner and outer surfaces are coated with an epoxy resin (EP) or polyethylene (PE) anti-corrosion layer with a thickness of 200~500μm through electrostatic spraying or hot-dip plastic coating. Compliant with standards such as CJ/T 120, GB/T 28897, and DIN 30670, including plastic-coated elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, etc., suitable for water supply, drainage, fire protection pipelines in buried or humid environments.
Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings
Meets ASME B16.9, B16.11 and ASTM A403/A182 standards. Materials primarily include 304/304L and 316/316L, but high-alloy steels such as 321 and 310S are also available. A complete range is offered: 90°/45° elbows, equal/reducing tees, concentric/eccentric reducers, pipe caps, crosses, etc., sizes 1/2″~48″ (DN15~DN1200), wall thickness SCH10~SCH160. Widely used in pipelines handling clean and corrosive media in chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
Thermoplastic Pipe Fittings
Made from thermoplastic materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), or polyamide (PA12), these products are formed through injection molding or hot-melt welding. Products include electrofusion sleeves, electrofusion elbows, electrofusion tees, socket fittings, and flange joints, conforming to standards such as ISO 4427, EN 12201, and ASTM F714. Suitable for pressure and non-pressure piping systems in applications such as gas, water supply, chemical, and trenchless repair.
Flange
Flanges are key components for detachable connections between pipes and equipment, valves, and other piping systems. Our company manufactures them according to standards such as ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1, BS 4504, and JIS B2220. Materials include carbon steel (ASTM A105), stainless steel (A182 F304/316L), and alloy steel (F11/F22). Types include flat-face flanges (SO), weld neck flanges (WN), blind flanges (BL), socket flanges (SW), and threaded flanges (TH), with pressure ratings ranging from 150LB to 2500LB. Sealing surfaces include RF, FF, RTJ, and MFM.
