DN2648 Inner Epoxy & Outer 3PE Steel Pipe for Guanlu Reservoir Water Project

On June 28, 2026, the production workshop hummed with activity as Haodeboer's first batch of DN2648 water transmission pipelines officially rolled off the production line. Trucks loaded with the finished pipelines departed, heading directly to the construction site of the Guanlu Reservoir project. The delivered pipelines are DN2648×24, with a single length of 12 meters, employing an outer 3PE anti-corrosion coating and an inner epoxy resin anti-corrosion process. The three-layer polyethylene protective layer on the outer wall resists soil corrosion and external impacts, while the inner epoxy resin coating ensures smooth water transport and water quality safety, meeting the durability requirements for long-distance water transmission in large-scale water conservancy projects. The Guanlu Reservoir is a key water conservancy project in Shandong Province, with stringent selection criteria during the bidding process, placing extremely high demands on pipe manufacturing processes, quality, and production capacity.
