Moving away from tedious theoretical instruction, the instructor used clear and straightforward language along with intuitive and vivid demonstrations to help employees deeply understand that "safety is no small matter, and responsibility is greater than anything else." Addressing the specificities of different positions, the training also provided targeted explanations on job risk identification methods, correct wearing of protective equipment, and hazard inspection techniques, ensuring the training content was practical and applicable.

Throughout the training, all employees listened attentively, took detailed notes, and actively participated in interactive Q&A sessions and on-site drills, further mastering practical skills such as emergency response procedures and the use of firefighting equipment.
