Backbone employees from various departments gathered together to promote practice through learning and empower growth through training, embarking on a rewarding journey of development.

Closely aligned with the company’s business development and practical job requirements, the training camp featured a professional and practical curriculum covering core business lectures, hands-on skill drills, team-building activities, industry trend analysis and other diverse content. Drawing on real-world cases, instructors elaborated on key knowledge points and broke the barriers of traditional teaching through interactive Q&A, group discussions and scenario simulations, fully mobilizing participants’ enthusiasm. The trainees fully engaged themselves, listened attentively, communicated actively and practiced enthusiastically. They addressed weaknesses through learning, built consensus through collaboration, and effectively translated theoretical knowledge into practical capabilities.
