Safety is the lifeline of factory production and the bottom line of responsibility for every employee. This training focuses on key areas such as workshop operations, equipment, fire protection, and emergency response, clarifying job safety standards and strictly preventing various safety accidents.
I. Job Operation Safety
Before starting work, personal protective equipment must be worn as required. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment while wearing slippers, with loose long hair, or with accessories. Strictly follow operating procedures—do not start equipment in violation of rules, do not modify equipment without authorization, and refrain from touching unfamiliar equipment without proper training. Materials must be stored neatly and orderly, avoiding blockage of fire lanes and safety exits, ensuring smooth passage throughout the workshop.
II. Equipment and Electrical Safety
Before operation, inspect equipment wiring, switches, and protective devices to ensure they are in good condition. If damage or abnormal noise is found, stop the equipment immediately and report it—never operate faulty equipment. In the workshop, it is strictly prohibited to install temporary electrical wiring without authorization, to use high-power electrical appliances improperly, or to touch power switches with wet hands. At the end of the workday, ensure that equipment power and lighting are turned off and conduct a power-off inspection.
III. Fire Safety and Emergency Response
Smoking and open-flame operations are strictly prohibited in the workshop. Flammable and explosive materials must be stored separately and managed by designated personnel. Familiarize yourself with the location of fire-fighting equipment and master the “pull, aim, squeeze, sweep” method of using a fire extinguisher. In the event of a fire, immediately report it, evacuate in an orderly manner—do not attempt to extinguish the fire recklessly and do not use freight elevators. If mechanical injury, electric shock, or other accidents occur, immediately stop operations, provide first aid to the injured, and report the incident, strictly following emergency procedures.
