In 2013, the construction of urban and rural water supply, municipal pipeline networks, and energy transmission pipelines in Gaomi City progressed steadily. A number of key pipeline projects entered the peak period of on-site construction, with orderly site management and strict quality control, laying a solid foundation for regional infrastructure improvement and public welfare.

At various construction sites in Gaomi City, the construction units strictly organized key processes such as pipeline welding, anti-corrosion treatment, hoisting and lowering into trenches, and pressure testing in accordance with national standards. The steel pipes used in the projects uniformly adopted the CM cement mortar lining anti-corrosion process, effectively enhancing the corrosion resistance of the inner pipe wall and extending service life, thereby meeting the requirements for long-term safe water transmission. On-site management personnel closely monitored core indicators such as welding quality, anti-corrosion layer thickness, and pipeline alignment accuracy, ensuring full implementation of flaw detection and hydrostatic testing to guarantee that each section of pipeline met installation standards.

The year 2013 was a critical year for pipeline network construction in Gaomi City. Focusing on key tasks such as rural drinking water safety, urban rainwater and sewage separation, supporting pipeline networks for sewage treatment plants, and the management of energy pipeline hazards, multiple main pipelines and branch networks were advanced simultaneously, covering major urban thoroughfares and key townships. The construction teams overcame adverse factors such as high temperatures and rainy seasons, scientifically arranged project schedules, and ensured that both project progress and construction safety were achieved.
