Standard 3PE Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
Standard 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes employ a three-layer structure: a bottom layer of fusion-bonded epoxy powder (FBE), a middle layer of adhesive, and an outer layer of polyethylene (PE). It is the most widely used anti-corrosion solution for buried steel pipes, offering resistance to soil, moisture, and general chemical corrosion. It conforms to DIN 30670 and GB/T 23257 standards.
High-performance 3PE Anti-corrosion Steel Pipe
Designed specifically for highly corrosive environments and harsh operating conditions, it employs a three-layer composite structure: a bottom layer of high-performance epoxy powder (FBE), a middle layer of copolymer adhesive, and an outer layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE); significantly improving cathodic disbondment resistance, impact resistance, and long-term corrosion protection life. It complies with ISO 21809-2, API RP 5L2, and SY/T 0413 standards, and is suitable for marine environments, acidic soils, permafrost regions, and high-pressure long-distance pipelines.
