Application Scenarios:
Fire Protection: Fire risers, automatic sprinklers, fire hydrant networks, and foam extinguishing systems in high-rise buildings.
Heating: Primary/secondary heating networks, district heating, and industrial waste heat transfer.
Technical Description:
Fire Pipes: Flame-retardant epoxy coating (oxygen index ≥28%), nominal pressure 1.6~2.5MPa, burst pressure ≥4 times working pressure. Connection methods include grooved, flanged, and threaded. Insulated fire pipes are encased in rubber/polyurethane insulation and have a galvanized steel shell, resistant to temperatures as low as -30℃.
Heating Pipes: Prefabricated direct-buried insulated pipes (working steel pipe + polyurethane rigid foam insulation + HDPE outer protective pipe), applicable temperature ≤120℃ (150℃ customizable), thermal conductivity ≤0.033W/(m·K). Pre-welded length is provided at pipe ends; heat shrink tape is used for on-site joint repair.
Execution Standards: Fire Protection: GB/T 5135.20, GB 50261; Heating: CJ/T 114, CJ/T 155, EN 253.
Core Advantages: Fire protection pipes have passed the inspection of the National Fire Protection Quality Inspection Center and are rust-free on the inner wall; heat loss in heating pipes is reduced by more than 40%. Already used in Beijing Daxing International Airport and centralized heating projects in several northern cities.
